Today we bring you a recipe incredibly quick to make and that will brighten up your meals. It is the quintessential sauce, the mayonnaise! But not just any mayonnaise, no: a healthy version of mayonnaise with our organic avocados as the main ingredient!
Here it is, enjoy!
- 1 ripe organic avocado
- 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 60 ml of milk (skimmed, lactose-free, plant milk…)
- 1 egg (boiled)
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- Optional, to turn into AliOli (Spanish typical sauce too): 1/2 clove of garlic
First, cook the egg so that it is hard-boiled. Once this is done, add all the ingredients in a mixing glass and blend. Taste and adjust salt and vinegar if necessary.
