This week we bring you a yummy dessert which, as always, is very easy to make . Hope you like it!
We have used our organic grapefruit as the main ingredient. The flavour of our grapefruits, we are told, is very surprising because they have a point of sweetness that is not very common, as well as their exact point of acidity and bitterness.
And if you are more into sweeter fruits, you can always substitute one of the grapefruits (or all of them) for organic oranges.
We encourage you to prepare this delicious dessert that will surprise you with its freshness and will add a touch of originality to your meals.
Ingredients for four portions
- Three organic grapefruit (equivalent to 500ml of juice; you can always add more grapefruit to make this amount of juice).
- 50 ml milk
- 6 g gelatine powder (or 3 gelatine leaves)
- 300 gr condensed milk
Hydrate the gelatine
Squeeze the grapefruit
Pour it into glasses, cover and cool it
As we have already mentioned, if we prefer the sweetness of oranges, we can substitute them in their entirety, or add an organic orange and two grapefruits. Whatever you prefer.
The cream will have a liquid consistency, but if you prefer it thicker, you can always add more gelatine. Up to 10 g of powdered gelatine or 5 sheets of gelatine.
To decorate, you can add chocolate balls, blueberries or even mint.
