The oranges in this box are of the earliest variety, Navelina. They are delicious, medium-sized and seedless (max. 1 or 2 seeds). They are also suitable for juicing. The oranges in this box come from Miguel’s farm, not César’s.
The avocados are of the Fuerte variety (green and smooth, very creamy with an intense flavour and easy to peel) during December and end of January, and Hass variety (the most famous, with hard, rough skin that darkens in colour as it ripens) during the end of January and February.
The lemons are from the Fino variety.
