We offer three different varieties of avocado depending of the season of the year:
- Between October and December we have the variety Fuerte, green colour and very creamy. Long avocados with an intense flavour and very easy to peel.
- Between January and April we offer the Hass variety, the most famous avocados. They have a hard skin and get a dark colour when they are ripe and are also very easy to peel.
- Between April and June we have the variety Lamb-Hass, very similar to the variety Hass and it also gets dark when ripe.
Remember to wait a few days after receiving the fruit so it is ripe enough to eat it!
