We offer three different varieties of avocado depending of the season of the year:
- The first avocados of the season, between October and November, are those of the Bacon variety. They are bright green and smooth avocados, with a very thin skin. Their texture is reminiscent of butter, and they are ideal for making sauces such as guacamole or avocado cream.
- Between October and January we have the variety Fuerte, green colour and very creamy. Long avocados with an intense flavour and very easy to peel.
- Between January and April we offer the Hass variety, the most famous avocados. They have a hard skin and get a dark colour when they are ripe and are also very easy to peel.
- Between April and June we have the variety Lamb-Hass, very similar to the variety Hass and it also gets dark when ripe.
Please note that the field is unpredictable and harvesting times may vary slightly each season.
Remember that avocados do not ripen on the tree, but after they are harvested. Therefore, you will have to wait a few days after the arrival of your box until the avocados are ready to be eaten.

Miguel will harvest your avocados 👨🌾 and ship them directly to the address you provide - the avocados go straight from the tree to your home!
